  I'm a UK based purchaser. Unfortunately, placing my order & subsequent delivery wasn't a smooth process. An error on the website meant that my order was processed without taking payment. Being honest, I contacted the company to point this out to them & arrange alternative payment, which they were happy to accept. Karma & all that...
  Just under 4 weeks later, I receive a message from Royal Mail saying they won't deliver because there is a customs fee of over £16 to be paid. I contacted the company to query this & was told that they have no control over this and the possibility of customs fees is listed in the FAQ section of their website. Fair enough up to a point, I guess, but my order makes no mention of that possibility. So, I've had to pay the custom fees to receive my picks, which makes them uneconomical. Despite my honesty in the first place, I've been left out of pocket.
  It's a shame, because the quality of the product is excellent.
  If you're an overseas buyer, you may want to think twice before ordering in case this happens to you.
